Neelou earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she completed a concentration in Civil Litigation. Through her litigation-focused studies and practical training, she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, dispute resolution, and trial practice. Following graduation, Neelou was awarded a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where she gained valuable trial advocacy experience working alongside accomplished litigators and members of the judiciary.
