Neelou Mahrouyan is a skilled litigation attorney who represents businesses, property owners, and individuals in complex business, real estate, and civil disputes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and strategic case assessment through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Neelou is committed to developing practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to each client's objectives while providing effective advocacy throughout the litigation process. 

Neelou earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she completed a concentration in Civil Litigation. Through her litigation-focused studies and practical training, she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, dispute resolution, and trial practice. Following graduation, Neelou was awarded a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where she gained valuable trial advocacy experience working alongside accomplished litigators and members of the judiciary. 

Committed to professional development, mentorship, and community engagement, Neelou remains actively involved in legal and professional organizations. She is also fluent in Farsi. 

A Los Angeles native, Neelou values the diverse communities and entrepreneurial spirit that have shaped Southern California's business landscape. Outside of her practice, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures around the world. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
