Eliza Blank
Eliza Blank is an associate attorney in the litigation department at Grant | Shenon, where she represents clients in complex real estate and civil litigation matters. With a practical, client-focused approach, Eliza draws on both deep trial training and real-world experience across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines.
Prior to joining the firm, Eliza worked at a boutique real estate litigation practice, where she represented investment firms, developers, and property management companies in a range of disputes including commercial unlawful detainer actions, breach of contract claims, and conflicts involving purchase and sale agreements. Her early legal career also included work in personal injury, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation, giving her a wide base of exposure that continues to inform her strategic litigation work.
Eliza earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a member of the nationally recognized Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. She also volunteered with the Shriver Housing Project through Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles, assisting both tenants and landlords during the height of the COVID-19 housing crisis. Her legal education emphasized trial advocacy, secured transactions, and real property litigation—skills she now puts to work in high-stakes disputes.
She graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her background in marketing enhances her ability to shape compelling legal narratives and maintain professional clarity in written and oral advocacy.
A Los Angeles native, Eliza finds fulfillment serving clients in the city she calls home. Outside of the courtroom, she enjoys traveling, live music, and classic rock concerts. A former dancer, she brings creativity and discipline to her practice, and lives in LA with her husband and two cats—with a dog likely in the near future.
