Lucy Tataryan is an associate attorney at Grant Shenon Almaraz, APLC, where she focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters. Her approach begins with understanding her client’s business objectives—listening carefully to how the company operates today and where it aims to go tomorrow. From there, Lucy works closely with her clients to structure transactions and agreements that support growth, mitigate risk, and position the business for long-term success. 

Lucy’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate work. She advises businesses at every stage, from early-stage startups to mature and portfolio companies, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Her methodical approach and attention to detail allow her to anticipate issues before they arise and deliver solutions that are both legally sound and commercially practical. 

Prior to joining Grant Shenon Almaraz, Lucy was a corporate associate in the Private Equity M&A Practice Group at Goodwin Procter, where she represented institutional clients and businesses in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Her experience also includes advising institutional investors and early-stage companies on venture capital financings, as well as providing ongoing general corporate counsel to growing businesses. This background gives Lucy a strong foundation in handling sophisticated transactions while remaining responsive to her clients’ day-to-day business needs.
