Jennifer Viney focuses her practice on real estate and related civil litigation. She works on property line disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and construction defect cases, bringing a practical, detail-oriented approach to resolving conflicts.

Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer spent over a decade as an escrow officer handling specialty transactions in Los Angeles and Orange County. Her work included trusts, probate matters, beneficiary buy-outs, litigation-related property transfers, and reverse mortgages. This background gives her a strong understanding of the transactional side of real estate and how disputes impact deals and ownership.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in 2024 and her B.A. in English (Critical Theory emphasis) from UC Irvine. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Outside of work, she enjoys Lakers games, visiting the Getty, and curating themed playlists for trips to the beach.
