Mary Hellman
Mary Hellman lives with her husband and two children and enjoys traveling with her family, relieving tension through workouts at Equinox, staying involved in the local Jewish community, and exploring new restaurants.
With over fifteen years of experience in property management and real estate, Mary has built a strong professional background in the industry. She has managed buildings in both Oregon and California, including properties with over 100 units. Her expertise extends to residential transactions, having worked with both buyers and sellers.
Mary earned her undergraduate degree in Biology & Bioethics from American Jewish University, where she held leadership roles as both the student body president and the president of the honors society. During her undergraduate studies, she also obtained her EMT license from UCLA and was honored with the student government award upon graduation.
Her Juris Doctor was awarded by Southwestern Law School, where she distinguished herself as a participant in Law Journal, receiving a Bluebook award, and contributed to the Street Law Clinic, where she created a civics curriculum for high school seniors at a continuation school. Her commitment to public service was recognized with the public service award for completing over 75 hours of pro bono legal work. During law school, she completed two clerkships: one with the Children’s Law Center and another with the District Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles. In these roles, she prepped cases, counseled and interviewed clients, and made court appearances.
Mary is currently a law clerk at Grant Shenon, where she focuses on both residential and commercial real estate litigation. She looks forward to growing her career with the firm and becoming a valued member of the team.
